Legendary physicist, Cambridge University academic and MND sufferer Stephen Hawking is the latest celebrity to take on the ALS/MND Ice Bucket Challenge, which has so far raised over $88.5 million to help combat the deadly disease.

The Professor has nominated Lord Sainsbury, University of Cambridge Vice-Chancellor Sir Leszek Borysiewicz and Ian Blatchford, Director of the Science Museum, to take up the challenge in the next 24 hours.
